Akjol Drive
Akjol Drive is a platform for the Akjol taxi fleet in Bishkek, a partner of Yandex Pro and WB Taxi. Drivers check their balance, top up and withdraw money to their bank card right in the app, while fleet staff manage drivers, cars and payouts in a single admin panel.

Challenge
Replace a legacy system with one platform that works with both Yandex Pro and WB Taxi, shows drivers an accurate balance and lets them withdraw money quickly without an operator — while reliably preventing fraud.
Solution
We built a FastAPI backend with a dedicated sync worker that pulls drivers, cars and trips from both platforms on a schedule. Money is tracked in an append-only ledger with signed payment webhooks and automatic reconciliation. Payouts are confirmed with a PIN and Face ID, and withdrawals are frozen for manager review whenever a driver’s phone number changes.
