BekCargo
BekCargo delivers parcels from Chinese marketplaces to Kyrgyzstan. We built a customer mobile app, a web panel for warehouse staff in China and Kyrgyzstan, and the backend that connects them. Customers see where their parcel is, get notified when it arrives and pay for delivery with a QR code.

Challenge
Move away from manually tracking thousands of small parcels: make every parcel findable by barcode, let customers see its status themselves, and have warehouses in two countries work in one system — including in Chinese.
Solution
Every customer gets a personal code and a warehouse address in China. Parcels are scanned at the warehouse, packed into boxes and assigned to flights; on arrival they are shelved and the customer gets a push or WhatsApp message, falling back to SMS. The staff panel works in Russian and Chinese and prints labels and invoices. As data grew, we reworked database access: removed N+1 queries and added indexes.
