Wasser
Wasser is a Bishkek plumbing brand with an online store, a mobile app and a bonus program for retail customers, dealers and wholesalers. We took the project over from previous contractors: audited it, fixed the data exchange with 1C, closed security gaps, and keep developing the store.

Challenge
The catalog, customers and orders on the site had drifted from the 1C accounting system: discontinued products, wrong statuses, missing orders. We needed to clean up the data and keep the site and 1C in sync from then on — without stopping a live store.
Solution
We wrote a new sync worker that pulls changes from 1C by cursor every 15 seconds — categories, products, managers, customers, rates and orders. An error in one record no longer stops the whole exchange, and before each data type was switched over, the new sync ran in “shadow” mode next to the old one and was compared against it. We added a reconciliation API for 1C, locked down internal endpoints, built a supplier page with live stock from 1C, and launched an English version of the site translated with the Claude API.
